Greenbrier Parkway & Woodlake Dr. Intersection Improvements

Owner: City of Chesapeake, Virginia

Designer: WSP USA Inc.

Project consists of adding a separate left turn lane and right turn lane along the eastbound approach of Woodlake Dr. at the Greenbrier Parkway intersection, as well as a traffic signal replacement and upgrades to the storm culvert across Greenbrier Parkway.

St. Paul’s Redevelopment – Phase 1

Owner: City of Norfolk, Virginia

VirginiaCarolina Civil will be performing infrastructure work for the City of Norfolk, Virginia.  Work includes construction of 2,700 linear feet of new roadway including 2 and 4 lane roadways, wide sidewalk, buffered bicycle lanes, pedestrian accommodations, and a new traffic signal.  The project also includes sanitary sewer, water service, stormwater management, pavement markings, and signage improvements.

Chesapeake Trail

This project consists of converting an existing railroad right of way into a pedestrian/ bicycle path. Scope of work includes survey, erosion control, clearing, earthwork, utilities, misc. concrete, new pavement, pavement markings and installation of a precast bridge structure.

Wood Street Roadway and Utility Improvements

The Work under this project consists of the construction of new stormwater conveyance pipes and structures, roadway demolition and reconstruction, curb and gutter, sidewalk, curb ramp upgrades, and both public and private utilities.
