VirginiaCarolina Civil will be performing infrastructure work for the City of Norfolk, Virginia.  Work includes construction of 7,000 linear feet of new roadway to include demolition, signalization, lighting, signage, bridge construction, sanitary sewer, water service, stormwater management, and pedestrian improvements improvements.
